VAT ID under § 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act: {{ VAT ID, e.g. DE123456789 }}
If you make use of the small business regulation under § 19 UStG and have no VAT ID, replace this section with a note to that effect rather than leaving it blank.

Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address is listed above.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG.
Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect is however only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement, and we will remove such content promptly.
Our pages contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider or operator of those pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable, and we will remove such links promptly on becoming aware of violations.
