Terms of service.
Last updated
These terms govern your use of PolyGrind. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
PolyGrind is operated by {{ LEGAL NAME }}, {{ FULL POSTAL ADDRESS }}, Germany (“we”, “us”). Full details are in our imprint.
2. What the service does
PolyGrind analyses prediction market screenshots and other market data and returns analytical output: a probability assessment, a confidence rating, an edge calculation, identified risks, a suggested entry price and a suggested exit plan.
The output is information, not advice. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. We do not know your financial circumstances and do not assess whether any position is suitable for you. Every decision you take is yours. See our disclaimer.
We never hold your funds, never connect to your wallet or exchange account, and never place trades on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for confirming that using prediction markets is lawful where you live. Access to the analysis tool is not an invitation to trade in any jurisdiction where doing so is restricted.
4. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at {{ CONTACT EMAIL }} if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or systematically extract the service or its output.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute analysis output as your own product.
- Reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload content you have no right to upload, or that contains other people's personal data.
- Circumvent rate limits, or use automated means to place load on the service beyond normal use.
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you are.
6. Subscriptions, pricing and renewal
The subscription costs $29 per month at the current launch price and renews until you cancel. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as shown at checkout; VAT is applied according to your country of residence.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Renewal is automatic. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We will tell you by email before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses once we begin performance — but only where you have expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for both at checkout.
Our refund policy sets out what we do beyond what the law requires.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the proper performance of this contract and on which you may reasonably rely, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.
We are not liable for trading losses. The service produces analysis; the decision to act on it, and the consequences of doing so, are yours. This allocation reflects the price of the service and the fact that we have no control over the markets you trade, the platforms you use, or the positions you take.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful. On termination we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Where you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is {{ CITY, e.g. Munich }}.
12. Changes to these terms
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any material change. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
